Our lakefront town home is located on beautiful Bay Lake and is nestled on 29 wooded acres with easy access to the lake. It is a two-story, end-unit, with a fully-furnished kitchen and fireplace on the ground level. The lower level has one bedroom with a king-sized bed, private bath, and a sofa bed in the living room. The screened-in porch leads out onto a nice green belt and fire pits. Upstairs is a large studio with its own bathroom, one queen-sized and one full-sized bed, sofa bed, small refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot,and outdoor balcony. Our rental rates can be adjusted if you are only interested in renting one of the levels. You are able to use all of Ruttger's Bay Lake Lodge's amenities, including unlimitted golf on Alec's 9, and use of all pools, beach lounge chairs, and numerous social and recreational activities.

The family dog is welcome for an additional $25/night and we ask that you abide by the HOA rules regarding pets and quiet hours. (We can let you know more, if needed.)

Suggestions to bring with you: beach towels, water toys, shampoo/personal toiletries (we will provide hand soap, dish soap, toilet paper), portable grill and BBQ utensils, firewood, and binoculars for viewing the eagles, osprey, and loons.

The public access for boat launching is very close by. We are located one mile from prestigious Ruttger's Bay Lake Lodge and golf courses, and easily accessible from Minneapolis (2 hours away) or Brainerd, MN (25 minutes away). Come stay at one of Minnesota's premier vacation lakes!
